The first night’s stay is taken at the time of booking as a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may be charged in full if we are unable to re-let the room. In exceptional circumstances, refunds are at our discretion. We strongly recommend that guests take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes to their plans.
