We were welcomed with a cup of tea and delicious cake. Everywhere is so clean and spotless. Lovely breakfasts….we couldn’t fault anything with our stay. Highly recommended.- Ann-Marie Leonard
From the moment we got to Southlands we felt welcome. The room is of the highest standard, immaculate. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection. But what made the stay the best, were the host. Tony and Jules were great. We will certainly be back - Stuart & C
We stayed at Southlands B&B several times when it was run by the previous owners the lovely Chris and Dave and were sad that it closed down for a while.So when we went back after a few years since our last visit we wondered what it would be like.In fact the new owners Tony and Jules have given the place a fantastic makeover.It is truly one of the best b&b s we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot!Our room was immaculately clean and tidy and I could not think of anything we could have reasonably wanted that was not available.We arrived just after the record high temperatures but our room had an air condition fan init which I am sure would have been a godsend if we had arrived a couple of days earlier.Tony and Jules are lovely hosts and the breakfast was as good as a full english comes.If we decide to go to BOW again we would have no hesitation in staying at Southlands again. - Kevin H
