Our new holiday home will sleep up to eight guests in four en-suite bedrooms, including a ground-floor bedroom overlooking the garden. Guests will also have a fully equipped kitchen, ground floor shower room with wc, a spacious dining room where everyone can enjoy meals together, a comfortable lounge and snug, landscaped gardens and secure private parking—all within a short walk of the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water.

Southlands is a luxury four bedroom holiday home set in peaceful surroundings, just a short and leisurely walk from the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water, often described as the “Venice of the Cotswolds”.

A Unique Welcome

Where possible Guests arriving at Southlands are greeted with complimentary refreshments, including tea, coffee and freshly baked homemade cake – the perfect way to unwind after your journey or a day spent exploring the Cotswolds. A keycode will also be available.

Luxury En-Suite Rooms

Beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Each room is designed with comfort in mind and includes a TV,  complimentary Wi-Fi and free parking along with quality shower products and thoughtful extras such as shower caps.

Most rooms enjoy views over our garden, offering a calm and relaxing setting for a restful night’s sleep.

Walkers, Cyclists & Classic Cars Welcome

Southlands is particularly well suited to walkers, cyclists and classic car owners. We offer secure private off-road parking, secure cycle storage and a hosepipe facility for muddy boots or bikes.

Our peaceful garden and comfortable guest lounge provide the ideal place to relax, recharge and plan your next adventure.
