When do I get fresh towels? 

Every third day.

What is available for breakfast? 

There is a menu to choose from daily:-

Security at the property? 

Cameras and lights are situated around the property. 

Are there tea and coffee making facilities in the room? 

Each of our rooms has its own kettle along with a selection of tea, coffee & hot chocolate to enjoy. 

Is there free Wi-Fi? 

Yes, details can be found in your room.

Can I extend my stay? 

Yes if we have availability we are always happy to accommodate.





What does room refresh mean? 

The bed will be remade and the complimentary tray refreshed along with any bathroom top ups such as toilet roll.

Is parking available? 

Yes, free parking is available on site. All car owners park at their own risk, please do not leave any valuables in your cars.

How far is it to walk into the local village? 

Between 6 to 10 minutes dependent on the walker.

Are taxis easily available?

Taxis are very difficult to book ad-hoc so we would recommend planning in advance to book any transport. Uber is the popular choice with the Uber App.

Can I check in early or check out later?

Yes, please speak with us directly to arrange this.

Is smoking permitted? 

All rooms and buildings including guest bedrooms are strictly no smoking this includes vaping.

Types of Bedrooms provided? 

  • A double room is suitable for two people sharing one large bed this can be a standard 4-foot-wide or king size 5-foot bed. 
  • A twin room is also for two people which consists of two separate single beds. 
  • Please note that all rooms are ensuite with shower facilities.

Is there a curfew time? 

All guests are welcome to come and go as they please. We only ask for all guests to be considerate of one another, especially if it is early or late.

Is there a laundry service available? 

No, however there is a laundrette in Moreton on the Marsh.

Do I need to let you know if I won't be having breakfast? 

No, however we would appreciate being told out of courtesy.

What if I have dietary requirements? 

Please just let us know prior to your arrival and we will endeavour to accommodate your request as much as we are able.

Are there any snacks or refreshments available?

Yes. We have a fridge in our reception area with a variety of cool drinks available along with crisps and chocolate which can be purchased with payment left in our honesty box. Please remember to bring some cash with you to use this facility.


What time is breakfast? 

The breakfast room is open from 8am and cooked breakfast is served between 8:30am and 9am only.

Do you serve food in the evening? 

No. We do bed and breakfast only. However, we are lucky enough to have several pubs and restaurants that serve high-quality food close by so why not give them a try it's all part of our rural charm.

Will I need to bring my own toilet towels and toiletries? 

We provide Brighton earth shower gel shampoo and conditioner. There is also a hand towel and bath towel available per person in room. Also available shower caps cotton pads and cotton buds in each room in each bathroom.

Is there a hair dryer in the room? 

Yes, there is a hair dryer in each of our rooms for use.

Are there any walks available locally? 

There are lots of walks available, please check out our website or ask us.

What can I do whilst visiting Bourton on the water? 

Please check out our website for ideas of what you can do.

EV charging points? 

No, we do not currently have any EV charging points, however the local Coop offers this facility.

Is room service available? 

No. 

What time is check in? 

From 3pm to 6pm only.

What time is checkout? 

10am.

Can I bring a takeaway back to my room? 

No, this is strictly prohibited.

Can I hire a bathrobe or slippers?

Yes, please let us know and we can accommodate this on request.
